Question 1

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to begin, and you can invite your team during the trial to evaluate Turnpenny together.

Question 2

What's the difference between Team and Enterprise?

Accepted Answer

Team gives your organization a single workspace. Enterprise supports unlimited workspaces and adds an organization roll-up — a Matrix, Roadmap, Value report, and Strategist view aggregated across every workspace — billed per workspace per year.

Question 3

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings — no phone calls, no retention forms. After cancellation you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your workspace switches to read-only.

Question 4

How are refunds handled?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — visit paddle.net to look up your order, or email support@turnpenny.ai and we'll help. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Question 5

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the period; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you don't lose paid time.

Question 6

How does EU VAT work?

Accepted Answer

Prices on this page are shown excluding VAT. At checkout, Paddle (our Merchant of Record) automatically calculates and applies the correct VAT or sales tax based on your billing country. EU business customers can enter a valid VAT ID at checkout to apply the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable. Paddle issues a tax-compliant invoice for every order.

Question 7

Who do I contract with?

Accepted Answer

You contract with DataMentor AB (Sollentuna, Sweden) for the Turnpenny service. Payments, billing, tax, and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders.

Question 8

Can Enterprise be invoiced instead of paying by card?

Accepted Answer

Yes — self-serve checkout with a card is the fastest way to get started, but if your organization needs an invoice instead, contact sales and we'll set that up directly.
